- Individual Counselling– Gentle, evidence-informed support to help you navigate stress, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. Counselling can help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and create space for meaningful change.
- Walk and Talk Therapy– At Kaleidoscope Wellness Niagara, we believe healing happens not just in conversation, but also in movement and connection with nature. After exploring the growing body of research on the benefits of time outdoors, we’re excited to offer a unique counselling option that combines three key elements: movement, nature and therapy
- Integrative Wellness Services- Holistic offerings designed to support rest, clarity, and nervous system regulation through yoga, mindful practices, creative exploration, and one-on-one integration sessions.
- Creative and Therapeutic Workshops– Immersive experiences that blend reflection, movement and creativity. These sessions invite you to explore your inner world, reconnect with your intuition, and find beauty in the process of growth.
- Yoga & Meditation Experiences- Restorative practices that cultivate calm, balance, and presence, helping you return home to yourself
- Corporate Wellness Workshops– Tailored sessions that bring mindfulness, stress reduction, and resilience training into the workplace. These are created to foster well-being, engagement, and a healthier work culture for teams and organizations.
We offer a supportive environment, with flexible hours designed for busy lives. Both virtual and in person appointments are available.
- In-person counselling and Wellness Integration Sessions are available at our St Catharines office (12 Secord Drive), conveniently co-located with Dr Jane Lauermeier, ND.
- Walk and Talk Therapy sessions take place along the Millennium Trail in Niagara Falls, a well-maintained, four-season path that’s mostly flat and perfect for gentle strolls and mindful conversation.
- Yoga classes and workshops are primarily held at the tranquil Zen House Yoga Studio in Niagara Falls, where creativity, movement, and mindfulness come together.
- Virtual appointments are available for clients across Ontario.
